Hi to anybody and everybody that is viewing,
I have just finished university, whilst there it is fair to say that I put on a few pounds.
Now that I have completed my course and found myself a full time job, I figured in my spare time I could put my writing skills to good use by documenting the highs and lows that I experience over the next few months and beyond in my very own diet diary.
I guess it could be an ideal place for those of you who are also trying to shift that extra weight to compare notes on how it is all going!
I guess all I can say is good luck and happy healthy eating!
